Products & Materials
What products does NYWJ manufacture?
We produce mid-to-high-grade steel and wood furniture: office workstations and desks, height adjustable tables, training and school furniture, hotel and restaurant furniture, metal beds, home furniture and hardware accessories.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Frames are made from cold-rolled steel, laser cut and robot welded, then finished on automatic powder coating lines. Tops use E1 grade melamine board or solid wood; colours and finishes can be matched to your specification.
Are your products suitable for all-day commercial use?
Yes. Every series is engineered for schools, offices and hospitality environments with high daily use. Structures are tested for load, stability and durability before release.

Orders & Customisation
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. NYWJ was founded in 1999 and owns a 30,000㎡ production base in Hangu Linjin Industrial Park, Tangshan, China.
Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. Our engineers and R&D team work from your drawings, samples or reference pictures. Sizes, colours, materials, logos and packaging can all be customised.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the series and level of customisation. Project orders and mixed containers are welcome; contact us with your requirements for a tailored quotation.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Samples are available for most products. The sample fee is normally refunded against the bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 30% deposit by T/T and the balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Which regions do you ship to?
Since 2007 we have exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We ship worldwide by sea from Tianjin port.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 25-35 days per 40HQ container after sample confirmation and deposit, depending on the season and customisation.
How are the products packed?
Most products ship knocked-down in export cartons with foam and corner protection to maximise container loading and avoid transit damage. Assembled packing is available on request.
Warranty & Care
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Steel structures carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects; other components are covered according to the product series.
How should I clean and maintain the furniture?
Wipe powder-coated steel and melamine surfaces with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to moisture.
Can I visit your factory?
Of course. Our factory is in Tangshan, about two hours from Beijing. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Can you supply spare parts after delivery?
Yes. Hardware accessories and replacement parts are available for all series we manufacture.
